  • For details, search on Baidu. Unsolved on VM without default Administrator login. Unable to fix by restarting in Safe Mode within a VM environment (does not retain the Safe Mode choice).

(2) Steps to Install Windows 11 on VMF 13

• i) Activate VMF

  • Double-click the dmg file and enter the activation code (can be obtained from others): 5N400-4AH82-M88Q3-0LC0P-0TRL0

• ii) Create a Virtual Machine from Image

  • Use default or modify settings, or just keep clicking “Next”

• iii) Activate Windows 11

  • Skip mandatory internet connection during Windows initialization
  • On the initialization screen, press Fn+Shift+F10 to enter cmd, type oobe\bypassnro, and press Enter
